Isn’t it amazing when you track back where great customers come from? It’s often from some the most unexpected places! A lovely example of this is our client James Neave Estate Agents. Jo Hailey and Andy Davies met at Kwik-Fit while Andy was getting his tyres checked as we were shooting a 360 virtual tour for a new Kwik-Fit site.
Seeing what we were doing, and being keen to give his business an edge in a very competitive market (as well as keeping it at the forefront of technology) Andy was naturally interested in Google Street View Inside – especially as he was organising a refurbishment of the James Neave offices. Fast forward 2 and a half years later, the James Neave Google Street View inside virtual tour has attracted 35.7 thousand views on the business. That’s a lot of eyes! Google research shows that once someone has experienced a virtual tour, they’re twice as likely to arrive in person rather than a competitor with no virtual tour.
James Neave Estate Agents are an independently owned property specialist based on Walton on Thames High Street. They pride themselves on high standards of customer service and an approachable friendly team.
Once the refurbishment was complete, Andy arranged a time for us to visit and create his own Street View Inside for his fabulous new look branch. When you enter James Neave Estate Agents you’re immediately struck by how bright and organised the office is. There’s a real energy to the business and getting this across was key. The mural wallpaper really accents the business in a funky and modern way and adds an extra stylish element to the brand.
All of this gives personality to a tour and we take everything into account whilst shooting. Andy was great to work for with very clear ideas on how he wanted the tour (which makes things even easier for us!) Andy’s main brief was that he wanted the office to be free of people so that the space itself would shine through in the same way that they would want a client’s home to shine. He arranged for the staff to have a nice long coffee break on him a local cafe.
Jo says “I had the place to myself which is unusually excellent and gave me loads of freedom to work at pace” Even so, there’s often something our photographers need to work around, and this time it was bin collection day! Making sure that the council’s lovely bin lorries weren’t in shot was… er… fun!
Andy says “I met Jo and Vanessa a few years ago randomly whilst they were on a job. We got talking and immediately I felt comfortable that they were experts in their field and offered great customer service. They stayed in touch with me, without being pushy, for a number of years whilst we undertook refurb work within our office. Finally when we were ready, they came and took some awesome photos and a fantastic virtual tour of our office. The end results were superb. I am very happy to recommend Striking Places, they are excellent!”
