Aubrey & Finn is an independent estate and letting agents with two busy high street offices in St Albans and Hemel Hempstead.
The brief from Nick Parker, owner of the company, was for Striking Places to create the 360 virtual tour for use on their website. Nick explained that Aubrey & Finn understand the importance of being one step ahead of the competition and embrace any new technology that offers a competitive advantage.
The discussion centred on two quite prominent points:
A virtual tour can make the difference between web traffic and a visitor to the office. By allowing potential clients to virtually walk in off the street and experience the business before they arrive really can make all the difference. A virtual 360 virtual walk through is a truly immersive experience that helps inspire greater confidence and trust in the company. Clients get a sense of the look and feel of the environment and character of the offices before they visit.
The result is a really bright virtual walk through of this relatively small but beautiful contemporary office space.
