If it breaks Google’s rules, yes. That means fake reviews, reviews about something else, reviews from competitors or someone trying to blackmail you. A genuine complaint stays, so reply to it calmly. If someone leaves a bad review then messages you on WhatsApp offering to remove it for money, don’t pay or reply. Screenshot it and send it to me. I’ve had a lot of these removed.
