Google Business Profile Support Subscription
Your Google Business Profile, Bing and Apple listings looked after all year, so the phone keeps ringing.
£240 + VAT a year (that’s £20 a month). Looking after 100 Google Business Profiles across the UK.

I do the fiddly bits so you don’t have to
Running a business is hard enough without Google suspending your listing, dropping your reviews or sending customers to the wrong address. Whether you have a problem right now or just want it kept right, the subscription covers it.
I’ve worked with Google Business Profiles since 2012 and look after 100 of them across the UK. You deal with me, not a call centre. Everything is explained in plain English.
Common Google Business Profile problems I sort out
Suspended or disabled profile
Your listing reinstated and back in search results.
Hijacked or lost ownership
Control of your profile back with you.
Fake or missing reviews
Fake reviews reported and missing ones chased with Google, with the evidence.
Duplicate listings
Merged or removed so your reviews aren’t split.
Wrong address or pin location
Customers sent to the right place.
Failed video verification
Sorted, even after a few rejections.
Photos or videos removed by Google
Why it happened in plain English and where they belong instead.
Google changing your details
Google’s “confirm your details” prompts dealt with so your listing isn’t quietly changed.
Reviews that need a reply
Help with replies so no review goes unanswered.
No profile yet
A new profile set up properly and verified.
What’s included in the subscription
The Google Snapshot
A report on your profile as Google actually sees it, read straight from Google’s own records. What’s wrong, what I’ve already fixed and what comes next, in priority order. One every subscription year.
Review Watch
Your reviews are checked every day by computer and a record kept of every one. If Google drops a review, I get an alert and go back to Google with the evidence to get it reinstated.
Bing and Apple Maps
Bing set up and kept matching Google (Windows laptops and Copilot). Apple Maps checked and set up properly once you have your free Apple account (iPhones and Siri).
Monthly Contact Sheet
A short monthly email with what’s changed at Google, what to post and anything you need to do.
Jo on the end of the phone
Not sure about something? Message me. Google, Bing and Apple change the rules all the time and I keep up so you don’t have to.
Fixing problems with Google
Suspensions, verification, hijacked or duplicate listings, fake reviews, lost ownership, wrong pin. I also deal with Google’s “confirm your details” prompts so your listing isn’t quietly changed.
Getting more reviews
A direct review link, a branded QR code in your colours and a tap-to-review NFC fob for the van, desk or counter, so asking for a review takes seconds.
Profile optimisation
Categories, services, service areas, opening hours, description and links set up properly and kept in step with your website, so Google shows you for the right searches.
Photos and videos
When Google removes a photo or video, I tell you why in plain English and where it belongs instead, so your gallery shows customers what they want to see and nothing gets rejected twice.

FAQs
Usually because it isn't verified yet or Google is holding it back. When you're signed in you see your own profile even when the public can't. Check on a phone that isn't signed in to your Google account. If it isn't there, message me and I'll tell you what's going on. Usually, yes. Google suspends a profile when something looks like it breaks the rules, like an address customers can't visit or extra words in the business name. Don't keep editing it or sending appeal after appeal, as that can make things worse. The appeal needs the right evidence first time. That's the part I do. Google wants one unbroken video that shows where you are, that the business is real and that you run it. Start outside with a street sign or the shops next door, then your sign if you have one, your van or your tools, then something only the owner can show, like unlocking the door. Google tells you why it turned a video down. Fix that before you try again, as you only get a few goes. Google's spam filter takes some down and it sometimes catches genuine ones too. If they all go at once, Google has often moved your profile onto a new map listing. That can be put right, but only if it's caught before Google clears the old listing, so message me straight away. I check my subscribers' reviews every day, so I know if one goes missing. If it breaks Google's rules, yes. That means fake reviews, reviews about something else, reviews from competitors or someone trying to blackmail you. A genuine complaint stays, so reply to it calmly. If someone leaves a bad review then messages you on WhatsApp offering to remove it for money, don't pay or reply. Screenshot it and send it to me. I've had a lot of these removed. It happens a lot. It might be a former employee, an old web designer or someone you've lost touch with. You can ask for access through Google and the owner gets a few days to reply. If that doesn't work or you don't know who has it, I'll take it up with Google for you. Yes. Set it up as a business that goes to its customers and hide your address, so Google shows the area you cover instead. If customers don't come to you, don't show your home address. Never show half an address either. Virtual offices and PO boxes usually aren't allowed. Only one per business at each address where you see customers or have staff. You can't have one for every town you cover. If Google shows two listings for your business, the extra one needs merging or removing so all your reviews are in one place. You can't just pick up the phone to Google. Most problems go through online forms with very short boxes to type in, then Google replies by email with a case number. It can take days and the first reply is often an automatic one. Only one person should deal with Google about a profile at a time, as two people on one case can hold it up. Raising and chasing these cases is what I do for my clients every day. Nobody can promise that. AI tools build their answers from what they can find about you: your Google Business Profile, what your reviews say, your website and listings like Bing and Apple. So your details need to be complete and the same everywhere. You also need a steady flow of reviews that say what you did and where. That's what the subscription keeps on top of. No. Google doesn't allow it and can take the reviews down. Buying reviews or writing your own is also illegal in the UK now. Ask every happy customer when you finish the job, with a link, QR code or tap-to-review fob. Ask as you go rather than all at once, as a sudden rush can make Google stop new reviews for a while. Posts reach people at the moment they're searching for what you do. They show Google and customers that you're active, let you share news and offers and can carry a Call or Book button so people can act straight away. Only partly. Google used to show views and clicks for each post, but it shows much less now. You can still see how people found your business and what they did, like calls, website clicks and direction requests, but not detailed figures for each post. More than most people expect. Verification can be refused, profiles get suspended with no clear reason, details and map pins go wrong and duplicate listings split your reviews. I help agencies with set-up, recovery, photography and keeping an eye on their clients' profiles. Quite a lot, unfortunately. Your business might not show up in searches. The details might be wrong or out of date. You might not be able to verify it. There might be duplicate listings. Reviews can go missing and profiles can be suspended without warning. These are fiddly to sort out, but it's what I do every day. If yours isn't working as it should, get in touch. It's often the first thing people see when they search for you. It's what puts you on Google Maps and shows your opening hours, phone number, reviews and photos. A profile that's set up properly and kept up to date brings you more enquiries. I can help you fix it, improve it or get it back if you've lost it.
