Deakin White Estate Agents Virtual Tour

Deakin-White Estate agency based in Dunstable is only 2 years old, and yet they’ve already established themselves as an award-winning Estate Agency.  They’ve won the Gold Award from the British Property Awards, and “Best Estate Agent” by My Home Move in May 2017.

Google Virtual tours are great fun to shoot when there are lots of interesting things to focus on, and we think you’ll agree this one is pretty unusual for an Estate Agent.

Their unconventional approach has helped them be even more successful; having moved from an office style setup, the new storefront has been very well received and clients love the non-traditional look.  Their mascot, Mr White certainly creates a welcoming fun vibe when you first arrive at their store.  

The entrance room, complete with wine and beer coolers, comfy lounge and a notable lack of listings was a big part of the brief. Their ethos is to stand out and be unusual in a hugely competitive industry. The job given to Striking Places Photography was to make their style a big feature on Google My Business and give them some fab imagery – literally putting Deakin-White Estate Agents firmly on the Dunstable map.

Deakin-White were keen to communicate in their marketing the friendly approach their team adopt, building positive customer relationships, so they selected team headshots as part of their package.  You can read here about the importance of professionally taken profile photos for your business.  The headshots are proudly displayed on Deakin-White’s website, so potential customers can get a feel for the people behind the award winning business.

Striking Places also created Facebook 360 images for them to embed into their Facebook page, truly providing an in depth virtual experience to their potential customers on social media.

We left with a bottle of fizz, looking forward to attending their supper club dinner and a big smile, they really are a feel-good estate agents.
